Titan Mold Assessment is an independent, Florida-licensed mold assessment and building investigation company based in Orlando. We understand remediation because we’ve performed it. Our role during an assessment is different: investigate the property, document the conditions, determine what the evidence supports, and recommend next steps toward resolution.
