Moisture investigation
Trace visible and hidden moisture through materials, patterns, history, and building use.
Services / A measured approach
A building assessment is a focused investigation into conditions, causes, and next decisions. It is not a remediation proposal in disguise.
Trace visible and hidden moisture through materials, patterns, history, and building use.
Document suspect conditions, affected areas, and the context needed for a responsible response.
After work is complete, verify whether the agreed scope appears complete and the space is ready for the next phase.
How we work
We begin with a conversation and a review of available history. In the field, we look at the building as a system: water entry, air movement, materials, occupant experience, and repairs. We use instruments to sharpen an observation—not to create drama.
Sampling may be appropriate when it answers a specific question. It is never a substitute for understanding the building.
The deliverable
You receive a clear written summary of observations, supporting documentation, limitations, and recommended next steps. It is made to be understood by the person who needs to make the decision.
No pressure, just precision
